Meet Sofia Naseem
Meet Sofia Naseem
My journey in real estate involves a collection of my personal and professional experiences, and they have all shaped my unwavering passion for helping individuals fulfill their dream of home ownership. Before officially becoming a licensed real estate agent, my foundation was laid through years of immersion in this industry. At the young age of 17, I moved from England to the United States with the goal of becoming a lawyer. However, as it often does, life took a different turn, and entrepreneurship within the realm of real estate became my new focus.
An adventure across the world and the pursuit of a legal career helped me become who I am today—a dedicated real estate professional. My husband and I jumped into property ownership at just 20 years old, sharing a vision that resulted in a sizable portfolio of properties by the time I turned 30. During my early twenties, I also attended Rollins College in Winter Park, FL, which helped me hone my communication skills and instilled in me a deep sense of discipline that later proved to be quite valuable. It wasn't until 2020 that I earned my real estate license with the intention of exclusively handling personal property transactions. However, referrals and word-of-mouth carried me further, leading to over 20 successful transactions in just my first two years as a Realtor.
What Our Clients Say
Sofia Naseem was representing us for our primary house. She was very professional and did more than expected. There was great communication and she was always there for any questions that we had. We recommend Sofia to anyone who wants to buy or sell real estate!
Extensive market knowledge, professionalism, high communicative skills, and willingness to help After Sofia helped us purchase a condo, she again successfully helped us purchase this townhome. She was very responsive and ready to help at any time and for any issue. She has extensive knowledge not only in local markets but in home remodeling as well. When we found the kitchen cabinet drawers did not pull well, she quickly fixed them. On the day of closing, the seller did not put the missing kitchen cabinet door back as promised, she stand firm and made sure that the new cabinet door was installed before informing us to wire the funds. Since we’re out town buyers, she did many things for us willingly and initiatively including the final walk-through. After closing, she continued her support and help to this day. We’re very grateful to her and she will be our realtor for life!

Nobody warned me about the size of everything. Not just the homes, though yes, the homes are enormous. The roads. The car parks. The portions. Even the sky feels bigger. In my first week in Florida I genuinely thought someone had zoomed the whole world in. Then the friendliness hit. Strangers waving from driveways. Neighbours arriving with food I hadn't asked for. Shop assistants greeting me like we'd known each other for years. Coming from the UK, where we nod politely and keep moving, it took real adjustment. And then I realised I hadn't walked anywhere in two weeks. Not once. Florida is a car state. There is no nipping to the shops. Every errand is a drive. Once I accepted that and found a good playlist, it actually became one of my favourite things about being here. These weren't the big scary things I had prepared for. They were the quiet daily stuff nobody thinks to mention. DM me the word MOVE and I'll send you a free Moving to Florida Checklist. Real, practical, from someone who's actually done it. Your budget should fit your life. Just because you qualify for a certain price doesn't mean that's the right number for you. The smartest buyers start with their monthly budget, not the listing price. Your housing payment includes more than the mortgage. Property taxes, insurance, and HOA fees can all impact what you comfortably afford, especially here in Central Florida. And don't forget about closing costs, moving expenses, and those small repairs that always seem to pop up after move-in day. The right budget isn't the maximum a lender approves. It's the number that lets you enjoy your home and still live the lifestyle you want.
